How to Inform 2-1-1 of Changes in Your Agency or Program Information

To locate programs and sevices:
- Click on one of the items in the list on the left.
- Click on the Search Now button.
- A list of programs and services will show having to do with the selected subject.
To move through the list:
Using the mouse:
- Click on an item in the list.
- Press a letter A-Z on your keyboard.
- Move to the first matching subject/keyword.
Using the keyboard:
- Press the up arrow key to move up the list.
- Press the down arrow key to move down the list.
Using the Scroll Bar:
- Click on the up arrow button to move up one item.
- Click on the down arrow button to move up one item.
- Drag the square to move quickly through the list.
To locate a service in a specific area:
Use one of the options below:
- All Areas to show all programs no matter where it is located.
- A City to show all programs in the city of your choosing.
- Zip Code to show all programs in the zip code of your choosing.
