Add New Service
To add a new service to the database, please complete the forms below.The database inclusion criteria can be found on our homepage: www.211wnc.org.
**These forms are for NEW services only. If your service is already listed in the database, follow the update instructions at the bottom of this page.**
We must have one Agency Form for each new service. (Please note the difference between agency and program. For example, Salvation Army is an agency. Homeless Shelter and Thrift Store are two of its programs.)
We must have at least one Program Form for each new service. If your agency has more than one program, you may complete multiple copies of this form.
This is an optional form that you may complete if your organization uses volunteers and would like referrals from 2-1-1.
To update an existing service in the database, follow these instructions:
- Click Advanced Search, and select either Agency or Program Search. Type in the name of your service, and click Submit.
- In the search results screen, click on the agency name to view agency details, or click on the program name to view program details.
- To make changes to any of the information displayed, simply click Update Information at the bottom of the screen, complete the form, and click Submit. You will be asked to enter your contact information, and you may choose to receive a notification email when the changes have been made.
